Apr 02, 2018 I recently acquired a beat up casiotone 403 and am in the process of restoring it, it plays fine but is missing some buttons and knobs. Windows xp pro sp3 hp oem downloads. I'm wondering if anyone know's a place where I can find replacements for the missing parts? I can't seem to find much information about the keyboard either. Thanks for the help in advance. MANUAL NORMAL OPERATION INLET: The pump has two ports: one on the top the other on the side, either can be used as a vent or inlet. Using the appropriate piping (1-1/2” on the model 404 and 2” on models 405, 405HV) connect the fixture to the pump. Note: a trap shall be used between the fixture and pump, a flange type is recommended.

So a few weeks ago i was looking on ebay in complete boredom. I think i was checking the 'beginner keyboards' section when i stumbled upon some blurry living room photo with a brown, veneered organ looking like keyboard. I instantly loved the retro-design and I always wanted an organ when i was younger but i gave up on that idea when i found out that they're always heavy and big.
After some research i found the model and even a video on youtube of a similar model from an earlier year. Casio Casiotone 405. The specs said it has an arpeggiator, 20 instrument sounds, auto-chord, vibrato and reverb. NICE.
The price stayed really low due to the fact that you had to pick up the thing yourself. I couldn't get it but i couldn't resist bidding on it so i won the auction (best moment ever). Price: €12,50

In the end i could make the seller send it to me (additional shipping costs) and i was positively suprised when i finally got it.
Unfortunately the tone bank switch (switching between the first and the second halves of the 20 instruments) didn't work so i had to open it and try it myself (completely unexperienced when it comes to electronics). there was no other way, a professional repair would have been more expensive than the thing itself.
In the end everything went well, i fixed the switch (the guts of the keyboard reminded me of the time when i was assembling computers when i was younger. like what crazyzeke is still doing.)
now the interesting part:
